You meet with the prospect and decide to move forward. You let us know that you are moving forward, the details of the engagement and we start on the next phase of reputation management. If the prospect wasn’t qualified for any reason we refine the process to ensure more qualified prospects move forward.

Yes. Potential partners are only eligible if they pass a comprehensive reputation check. Once that is completed we conduct a detailed interview to ensure they are a good fit. If they stand out among the competition as professional, honest, and responsive, they qualify to become a partner. Once in the eComMatch network, they must maintain a high satisfaction rate or risk being removed from the network.
How much does this cost?
We don’t get compensated unless you do. Once you close the client, we adhere to industry standard referral commission rates. We have found this system to be very effective for both parties, and it costs you nothing out of pocket.
How do you qualify prospects to ensure they are a good fit?
We hold an interview with each prospect to discover the services they want, the timeline they desire, their budget for the work, and any special needs their project requires. We then recommend the best provider based on how well they match what our partners can provide. If they request a segue after seeing our recommendation, then we move the connection forward.
What happens if the client isn’t happy?
